I need the Help of the Master Race, Please.. nvlddmkm errors?

Greetings!
I am finally requesting the help from the internet.. Ive always been able to resolve my issues in the past but this one is killing me. /techsupport ignored my requests.. I need the Master Race!
My computer seemingly runs pretty stable when idle, general usage, surfing the web, i was even able to play GTA V locked at 30FPS for 40 hours when it came out with no crashes. When i attempt to play just about any recent game, basically anything that stresses my video card, I either end up with NVLDDMKM errors, or a BSOD, usually the former. The PC has been locking up, looping Sound and or BUZZing until either forcing a restart, BSOD or crashing the game and returning to desktop. When it does just crash the game and return to desktop the PC usually runs Horribly, freezing and locking up when trying to do anything until a restart is completed.
My System Specs... (No manual Overclocking, GPU is Factory OC)
mobo: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming LGA 1150
GPU: MSI Gaming N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell Quad-Core 3.4GHz
DRAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600 (PC3 12800)
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series
WLAN: ASUS PCE-N15 PCI Express
OS: Windows 8.1
To Begin, I have attempted newest video drivers, i have attempted Older drivers, i have attempted DDU clean installs every time, safe mode uninstalls, safe mode installs, regular installs, no changes. Ive disabled Windows Defender, no other Anti-Virus running. Ive tried CCleaner to clean registry. I have run Malwarebytes to ensure there is no "bitcoin malware" based on recommendations found online.
I originally had an EVGA GTX 760 -- I was getting the same issues, and RMA'd that card for this MSI one assuming better compatibility with the MSI mobo. Both of these cards came Factory OC'd -- I attempted lowering core and memory clocks, raising the voltage within Afterburner on both MSI and EVGA cards with no noticeable effect.
I have used MSI "Live update" software to check for and install all drivers for the MOBO, i have manually downloaded and using m-flash within the bios attempted to reinstall, Ive attempted CMOS resets of the bios. I attempted to install and use a software called "drivethelife" based on a recommendation found online, it found and installed a couple of drivers.
I have Run memtest on both DIMM cards seperately, with no fails. I was able to run prime95 with no issues. I have manually set the timings within the bios per the factory specs 9-9-9-24 1.5v after calling G.Skill -- I have Also attempted enabling and using XMP, with the same results. I was originally running Windows 7, tried multiple reinstalls of WIN7 to no avail, eventually gave in and upgraded to Windows 8.1 (Clean Format/Install) -- Still similar issues. Run and completed Windows updates.
I Traded my GTX 760 for a co-workers GTX 750TI -- after a bunch of tinkering i was able to game for hours on the 750TI (Grand theft auto 5, H1Z1, Mortal kombat X, Crysis 2, Bioshock 2) with little to no issues, occasional nvlddmkm or bsod but it took HOURS instead of minutes/seconds. I was able to complete Furmark and Unigine Heaven benchmarks using this card. My co-worker tested my GTX760 in his rig, and stated there were no issues while gaming and running netflix/or HQ Video simultaneously, he was confident that there was no issue with the GPU, stating low temps and stable gameplay. After i got my GPU back, I dropped it in, clean install of drivers, and i was right back to where i started, Non-stop crashing, Driver fails, BSOD/Lockups/Freezing whenever i attempted to open games. Machine appears to be running fine at Idle still, sitting on the desktop i see no issues.
I have been googling, reading and tinkering for months trying to resolve this issue, i have tried every combination of settings within the NVIDIA CP that I would think relevant (power, threaded opt, single display, shader cache) Ive tried disabling nvidia audio in device manager and updating onboard audio controller. I also attempted to disable all audio devices to no avail.
At this point, i dont believe its hardware related unless its something that might be incompatible with my GPU or something.. I feel like the PSU should be enough power, and that considering i was able to game for quite a while using my buddies GPU, the Mobo or PCI-E ports arent the cause. I would assume the ability to game using my ram is a similar situation.
i will update this post with more information and DMP files if someone can make sense of them.. i have not. Hopefully i can get to the bottom of this eventually. Thank you for Reading and of course for any guidance or help you might have.

I was able to pull the following entries out of my event viewer with the different tags at the bottom... This is when i attempt to run GTA5 Until the system locks up shortly after loading into the game.
The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
